• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Accounts created with false details will be terminated immediately.

2. Dual Currency Economy: Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins

Zula Casino operates as a social sweepstakes casino using two virtual tokens:

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for casual entertainment. Gold Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Optional Gold Coin packages may be purchased in the lobby store.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweepstakes entries awarded for free via daily promotions, mail-in requests, or as a free gift with Gold Coin purchases. Sweeps Coins can NEVER be purchased directly with real money.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN SWEEPS COINS OR PARTICIPATE IN SWEEPSTAKES GAMES. A purchase of Gold Coins will not increase your chances of winning eligible sweepstakes prizes. Free Sweeps Coins can be obtained via daily logins, social media giveaways, and mail-in requests as detailed in our Official Sweepstakes Rules.

4. Prize Redemption Requirements & KYC

Sweeps Coins won through eligible gameplay become eligible for prize redemption after completing a standard 1x playthrough requirement on eligible slot titles.

• Minimum Redemption Thresholds: Digital gift card redemptions require a minimum of 50 eligible SC ($50 value). Direct bank transfer redemptions require a minimum of 100 eligible SC ($100 value).
• Account Verification (KYC): Players must submit valid government photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and bank ownership proof prior to redeeming prizes.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

Players agree not to engage in fraudulent practices, including creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts/bots, abusing promotional codes, or attempting to exploit platform mechanics. SCPS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these rules.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
